can you refresh?

excuse me, but is there an easy way to refresh the screen without going home? im old and not great with computers, so excuse me if im stupid.

Just right click your mouse and you will see a box with several options - about three quarters of the way down you will see Refresh - just click on it.

F5 does the trick on Internet Explorer...not sure if its the same command on others.
